| Export Financial Services, Inc. (EFS) is a licensed full-service specialty brokerage focused on credit risk insurance and trade finance. Insurance coverage is developed and placed with insurers such as AIG, Atradius, Coface, Euler Hermes, FCIA, and Zurich as well as the Export Import Bank of the United States (Exim). In 2009, EFS worked closely with and provided guidance to an American company in the establishment of a business entity and operation in the United Kingdom so that the American company could benefit from the support of the official British export credit agency, ECGD.

EFS is licensed in 10 states and has represented Exim in South Carolina as the latter's City/State Partner since 1996 (refer to www.exim.gov for additional information on the City/State Program). In February 2006, EFS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Export Development and Foreign Relations Office of the South Carolina Department of Commerce (www.sccommerce.com) to work as "Public-Private" partners to support bilateral referrals of South Carolina Companies requesting or requiring export marketing assistance, export financing, and/or export credit risk insurance or other trade-related financial assistance.
